Format Painter in Excel is used to copy and apply the Same format as used in other. This is the easy method to make same formatting.

How to use 

Single use- if we want to format single time then 

Step 1. Place curse on cell from where we want copy formatting

Step 2. Click single time on format painter 

Step 3. Put the curse to cell where we want same formatting style.

Multiple use- if we want to use same format multiple cells or place then

Step 1. Place curse on cell from where we want copy formatting

Step 2. Click Twice time on format painter 

Step 3. Put the curse to cell where we want same formatting style.
